For deliveries greater than 15 kilometers within the city of Calgary, shipping rates range from $25.00 to $40.00, with extra charges for shipping more than 4 tires. To be eligible for a refund, tires must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason. Once the tires have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Tires that have been mounted or used, special order items, and tires that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect are not eligible for a refund.
