Prince Tires Publisher — Privacy Policy
This page describes Prince Tires Publisher, an internal application operated by Prince Tires to publish video content to our own YouTube channel. It supplements our main Privacy Policy, which covers our website, store and customer data.
Use of YouTube API Services
Prince Tires Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By interacting with this application you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of any data it receives is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
What the application accesses
The application authenticates against a single Google account owned and operated by Prince Tires — the account that owns the Prince Tires YouTube channel. It does not request, receive, or process Google or YouTube account data belonging to members of the public, our customers, or our website visitors.
Using the permission granted by that account, the application can:
- upload videos to the Prince Tires YouTube channel;
- read the list of videos on that channel and their status;
- set or change the title, description, tags, category, thumbnail and privacy setting of videos on that channel.
What we store, and for how long
We store only the credentials needed to keep the application connected to our own channel: an OAuth client identifier and secret issued by Google, and a refresh token authorising access to our own account. These are held in private storage controlled by Prince Tires, are not shared with any third party, and are used solely to publish our own content to our own channel. They are retained only while the application is in use and are destroyed when access is revoked.
We do not store, copy, or retain YouTube user data belonging to anyone else. We do not build profiles of individuals, and we do not use YouTube API data for advertising, for training machine learning or artificial intelligence models, or for determining creditworthiness or lending eligibility.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or transfer YouTube API data to any third party, including data brokers, information resellers, advertising platforms, or artificial intelligence model developers. We do not allow humans to read YouTube API data except where required to resolve a specific technical fault, to comply with applicable law, or where we have the account holder's explicit consent.
Limited Use
Our use of information received from YouTube API Services adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
The Google account holder can revoke this application's access at any time through the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Revoking access immediately and permanently ends the application's ability to reach the channel.
